As per communication dated 12.09.2025 addressed to the Advocate General by enclosing the order dated 06.09.2025, whereby the petitioner has been given the benefits of the work charge status on completion of eight years of Daily Wage Service w.e.f. 01.01.1999 and his services has been regularized w.e.f. 12.09.2007. 2. The above said benefits has been granted to the petitioner, in view of the directions passed by the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.1595 of 2025 arising out of SLP (C) No.23016 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 of 2023 titled as the State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors. Versus Surajmani & another alongwith connected matters, decided on 06.02.2025. 3. Vide subsequent order dated 12.09.2025, whereby the revised pension case of the petitioner has also sent for doing the needful to the Sr. Deputy Accountant General (A&E), Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-1. 4. Resultantly, the present petition is disposed off accordingly with an undertaking that the respondents-State will follow-up the case of the petitioner with the Accountant General (A&E), Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-1. Necessary pay fixation be done in view of the same within four weeks from today. 5. Pending miscellaneous application(s) if any, shall also stand disposed of. (G.S.
