Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the request made by the petitioner for sub division of Joint Patta No.375 in respect of Survey No.70/1A1BA1 measuring 12943 ¾ sq.feet situated in Lebbaigudikadu, Kunnam, Perambalur, conduct enquiry, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
