The following prayer has been made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner:- (a) For direction to the respondent authorities to provide proper security and protection tot he petitioner at the time of cultivation of his land bearing Khata No. 81, Plot No. 1983 and 4899, area 69 decimals situated in village Jhawan, P.S. Bihiya within the district of Bhojpur. (b) For direction to the respondent authorities to take appropriate action against the private respondents who forcibly want to dispossess the petitioner from the land in question even after judgment passed by the competent Civil Court and uphold to the Hon’ble Apex Court in favour of the petitioner. 3. For the reliefs sought by the petitioner, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur with a representation regarding the fact that the petitioner has succeeded in the Suit as well in the Appeal and now there is no impediment in the cultivation of the suit land by the petitioner. If such a representation is filed by the petitioner before the District Magistrate, Bhojpur and Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur then the same shall be considered within two weeks from the date of its filing and appropriate orders shall be passed by them for protection of the petitioner in cultivation of the land in question. 5.
