2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Manika P.S. Case No.71 of 2024 for the alleged offences registered under Section 115(2), 118(1), 127(1), 109 and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and the false allegation is made of assaulting the informant and the injury is simple in nature. He submits that in similar circumstance one co- accused has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.1571 of 2025. He submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.16 of the petition

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there.

Considering that there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.16 of the petition and the petitioners have received the notice under Section 35(3) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, in that view of the matter the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks and the learned Court will release the petitioner on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
