This petition has been filed seeking interstate anticipatory bail and the petition itself was filed before this Court on 05.05.2024 and now we are in the month of October 2025 and so far the respondent police have not taken any steps for arresting the petitioner and it reveals that as on date, there is no apprehension or arrest and the interstate anticipatory bail would only be granted for four weeks to approach the concerned the Jurisdictional Magistrate and already five months completed. 3.
