Heard Sri Turaga Sai Surya, learned counsel for the Petitioners/Accused Nos. 1 to 5 and 7 to 9 and Ms. K. Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petition may be disposed of without causing any prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioners, by dispensing the presence of the petitioner Nos.2 to 8/Accused Nos. 2 to 5 and 7 to 9, before the Trial Court. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. Considering the submissions made, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 5. However, the presence of the petitioner Nos.2 to 8/Accused Nos. 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 before the Trial Court is dispensed with unless their presence is 4 specifically directed by the Trial Court. However, to raise all their contentions before the Trial Court the petitioners are at liberty in their defence. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
