By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, in the present case, the 4 th respondent refused to register the sale deed dated 17.09.2025 presented for the purpose of registration and orally informed that the sale deed cannot be registered, without assigning any reason. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 4.Learned Special Government pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the 4 threspondent will consider the sale deed dated 17.09.2025 and register the same if it is otherwise in order or else necessary orders will be passed in the event the 4 th respondent decided not to register the sale deed dated 17.09.2025 and he seeks a week time. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 40722 of 2025 5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 6.Considering the submissions made by either parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the 4 th respondent to take a decision either to register the sale deed dated 17.09.2025 presented by the petitioner or to reject the same after giving due opportunities to the parties concerned, in accordance with law, within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
