Heard Sri Kripa Shanker Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Abhishek Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. The present petitioner has been filed seeking to assail the order dated 18.08.2025 passed by the respondent no. 2, Sub Division Magistrate, Jansath, District Muzaffar Nagar in Case No. 2407/2025 (Julfukar Vs. Pravendra Kumar and another) under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. It is not disputed that the aforesaid order passed in a suit for division of holdings wherein the petitioner was a defendant, would be subject to a further statutory legal remedies. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition would not be entertainable. The learned counsel for the petitioners, at this stage, submits that he does not wish to press the writ petition and that the petitioner would take recourse to the appropriate statutory legal remedy.
