Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is the complainant in Case No.556 of 2020 (Sapana Yadav vs. Kamlesh Kumar) under Section 138 of N.I. Act, police station Tharwai, district Prayagraj poending in the court of J.M. court No. 2 Prayagraj. Case is pending for five years, but is lingering due to delay tactics adopted by respondent. 3. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 2, Prayagraj, is directed to make all endeavours to conclude and decide the aforesaid complaint case expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. 4.
