HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 31380 of 2025 Court No. - 32 HON'BLE SAURABH SHYAM SHAMSHERY, J. 1. Heard Sri N.K. Tripathi, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Shashank Shekhar, learned Additional C.S.C. for State. 2. In present matter, facts are jumbled, therefore, without entering into merit of case, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that petitioner-student will file a representation mentioning his grievance in a specify and with clarity before concerned respondents who will take a decision, since it appears that petitioner is debarred to take examination due to his short-attendance. 3. The concerned respondents will decide said representation expeditiously, taking a sympathetic view, preferably within a period of three weeks after filing of the representation. October 15, 2025 N.
