Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 16.05.2025 passed in FIR No.0073/2025 registered at Police Station- Tapukda, District-Bhiwadi, the name of Jail has been wrongly mentioned as "Sub Jail, Tijara" in place of "Kishangarh Bas Sub Jail". It is evident from the case file that the petitioner himself has mentioned the name of Jail as "Sub Jail-Tijara" instead of "Kishangarh Bas Sub Jail" in his bail application but in the interest of justice, it would be appropriate to allow the application. Accordingly, the application is allowed and in the order dated 16.05.2025, name of "Sub Jail-Tijara" be read as "Kishangarh Bas Sub Jail". (PRAMIL KUMAR MATHUR),J sunita/36
