ORAL ORDER
Sri Arun Kumar D.N., learned counsel for petitioner and Smt.Jayashri, learned counsel for respondent along with their respective parties are present before the Court. The parties are identified by their respective counsels.
2. The petitioner and the respondent have filed a joint memo. The joint memo contains the details of the settlement amicably arrived at between the parties, i.e., the petitioner and the respondent, who are husband and wife.
3. As per the terms and conditions of the joint memo, the petitioner has complied with one portion of the settlement agreement, i.e., as stated in para 5, he has handed over a demand draft of Rs.1,50,000/- on 26.03.2025 to the respondent before this Court, which has been encashed as affirmed by the respondent, who is physically present before the Court.

4. Both parties settled the matter amicably and have executed this joint memo. The joint memo shall be a part of this order.
5. As per the understanding and agreement between both parties, the petitioner-husband shall execute the registered gift deed in favour of the respondent-wife with regard to property bearing No.29-503-97, vide Katha No.135/133/2528/A/2364 (Old No.2528/2364/2048/ 2049), which comes under the Ward No.3, Devanahalli Municipal area situated at Patel Shettappa Street, Devanahalli Town, Bengaluru Rural District, measuring East to West 18 feet and North to South 58 feet.
6. The petitioner-husband shall also execute another gift deed to an extent of 2 guntas of agricultural land in Survey No.13/4 out of its total measurement of 0.34 guntas situated at Parsannahalli Village, Kasaba Devanahalli Taluk in favour of the respondent-wife out of his share, which he would be acquired under the partition suit, which is in the final stage of proceedings in

O.S.No.876/2016 (now pending in miscellaneous petition No.253/2024).
7. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner-husband, being aggrieved by the impugned
order dated 30.01.2020 passed in Crl.Misc.No.417/2016 by V Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru, whereby a maintenance amount was ordered under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. to the respondent-wife.
8. In view of the settlement agreement between both parties by way of joint memo, this Court deems it appropriate to accept the joint memo agreed by both parties and dispose off this matter. Parties are enquired by the Court.
9. Both parties submit that they voluntarily executed and signed this joint memo without any force or coercion. The terms and conditions of the joint memo shall be complied with as stated in the joint memo.

10. Accordingly, I pass the following:
ORDER i) The petition is disposed off in terms of the joint memo of settlement filed by both parties, i.e., the respondent and the wife; ii) In view of the matter being settled amicably by way of joint memo, the impugned order dated 30.01.2020 passed in Crl.Misc.No.417/2016 by V Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru, is set aside and modified to the extent of the terms and conditions stipulated in the joint memo filed by the parties. iii) Ordered accordingly.
In view of dismissal of the petitions, pending interlocutory application does not survive for consideration and the same pale into insignificance.
