CMP No.23254 of 2025 The present application has been filed under Order 1, Rule 10, CPC read with Section 151 CPC for deletion of name of respondent No.1-Kishori Lal, and substituting the applicants as his legal heirs. 2. Heard. Having regard to the averments made in the application, which is duly supported with the affidavit of one of the applicants, namely, Mohan Lal well as death certificate of respondent No.1-Kishori Lal and legal heirs certificate, the present application is allowed and the name of respondent No.1 is ordered to be deleted from the array of the parties, subject to all just exceptions and consequently his legal representatives, as mentioned in para-1 of the application, are ordered to be impleaded in his place as respondents No.1(a) to 1(e). 3. The application stands disposed of. CMP No. 24183 of 2025 4. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and at this stage, the applicants is exempted from filing the English translation of the document in issue. 5. The application stands disposed of. CMPs No. 24182 & 23255 of 2025 6. Learned counsel for the applicants/respondents is directed to place on record the legal heirs certificate of deceased respondent No.2-Kishan Chand within six weeks. 7.
