I.A.No. 1 OF 2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner has complied with condition No. 2 imposed by this Court by order dated 23-06-2025 in Criminal Petition No. 5839 of 2025 only once. This Court directed the petitioner to appear before the S.H.O. concerned once in a week i.e. on every Sunday between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. till completion of investigation/filing of charge sheet. So far, charge sheet has not been filed. The order was passed on 23-06-2025. Even after not completion of at least six months, the present application is filed seeking for relaxation of the condition. In fact, the petitioner has not at all complied with the condition at least thrice. There are no bona fides in the application. Once condition is imposed, the petitioner is bound to follow and scrupulously comply with it. If the petitioner does not comply with the conditions imposed by this Court, the investigating officer is at liberty to move appropriate application seeking for cancellation of the bail.
