Abbas Naqvi, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Vijay Pratap Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents. The present petition has been filed seeking to raise a grievance of the petitioner with regard to demarcation of land bearing Arazi No.101Ka, situate in Village Habaspur, Tehsil Sikandra, District Kanpur Dehat, which the petitioners claim to be their own. An application in this regard is stated to have been submitted before the respondent no.3. Counsel for the State respondents has pointed out that in case the petitioners seeks demarcation of their land holding, they would be required to move a proper application as per the procedure prescribed under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. Counsel for the petitioners accordingly submits that he does not wish to press the petition and that the petitioners would take recourse to the appropriate statutory legal remedy, in respect of their grievance for demarcation. Counsel appearing for the State respondents has no objection. The petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioners to take recourse to the appropriate statutory legal remedy.
