The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Arki P.S. Case No. 32 of 2025, corresponding to NDPS Case No.68 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 18/22/25 of NDPS Act, pending in the court of Sri Rasikesh Kumar, learned Special Judge (NDPS) at Khunti. It was submitted that about 1.024 kgs of opium were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was submitted that the quantum of seized opium comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was also submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Rasikesh Kumar, learned Special Judge (NDPS) at Khunti, in connection with Arki P.S.
