However, he has not surrendered. 3.Mr.V.Jayakumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent is the husband of the first petitioner; the issue arises out of a matrimonial dispute; and the respondent undertakes to surrender before the Court concerned within a period of two (2) weeks. 4.Recording the undertaking given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with a direction to the respondent to surrender within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order before the III Additional Family Court, Chennai and recall the warrant. On failure, the learned Judge shall initiate steps for execution of the warrant.
