Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 2. The Petitioner is seeking limited relief in the present Petition, particularly in the light of urgency in the matter. The Petitioner is a student who has appeared for the NEET examination and the second round of counseling is to start on 14.08.2025. It is submitted that the Vigilance Cell report is already on the record of Respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee, to which the Petitioner has also responded and therefore, if an 1 of 2 2025:BHC-AUG:19438-DB (( 2 )) 958-WP-8303-2025 appropriate direction is given, the Respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee can decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner at the earliest. It is submitted that the father of the Petitioner already has a validity certificate in his favour. 3. In view of the urgency in the matter and the stage at which the proceedings are before Respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee, we direct that the tribe claim of the Petitioner shall be decided at the earliest and in any case before 14.08.2025. 4.
