The writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in proceeding to dispossess the petitioners from the subject land. 3. It is further contended by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the un-official respondent Nos.5 to 10 are excavating the soil from the petitioners land. When approached the respondents, they have stated that they have given permission to the un-official respondent Nos.5 to 10. Thus, approached this Court by way of instant writ petition. 4. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has placed before the Court a copy of the written instructions dated 05.06.2025, from the same it reflects that as soon as the information was received about the illegal excavation of soil, the Village Revenue Officer has visited the place and stopped the illegal excavation of soil and further stated that the respondents never tried to dispossess the petitioners. 5. In view of the foregoing, the writ petition is disposed of.
