The present application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 6455 of 2024, arising out of Case Crime No. 214 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of I.P.C., Police Station- New Agra, District- Agra as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 20.3.2024 and order dated 24.6.2025, whereby Non Bailable Warrant has been issued against the applicant, pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and the same may be dismissed as not pressed. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed accordingly. Office shall return the certified copy of the documents to the learned counsel for the applicant, after retaining a xerox of the same.
