JUSTICE WASIM SADIQ NARGAL, JUDGE ORDER 18.02.2025 After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition, as the petitioners have not challenged the impugned Allotment Order dated 21.10.2025 issued by the Executive Engineer, REW Rajouri, whereby the contract has been allotted in favour of Mr. Shariq Nissar for construction of Niabet building at Ghambir Mughlan Pyt., Gambhir Mughlan B Block Manjakote under (PRI). When the instant matter was being argued, the petitioner was confronted with the issue of maintainability of the instant petition, as there was no specific challenge to the aforesaid order and the petitioner in the aforesaid backdrop, prays for seeking withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition with a view to challenge the aforesaid order.
