Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Harla P.S. Case No. 02 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 127(3), 117(2), 109, 303(2), 324(4), 324(5), 3 (5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Ms. Shristi Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class-cum-Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Bokaro.

On 30.12.2024 at about 4.30 pm, the son of the informant along with his friends had gone for picnic near Damodar River in Village- Chouphand. It is alleged that the petitioner and other accused persons assaulted them due to which they sustained injury.

It was submitted that though the petitioner is named in the FIR, but there is no specific allegation of assault against him. It was further submitted that there is specific allegation of assault against co-accused Pintu Mahto @ Tinku Mahto, Aman Mahato and others. It was finally submitted that said co-accused Aman Mahto has been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in A.B.A. No. 2924 of 2025 by order dated 3.6.2025.

In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Shristi Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class-cum-Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Bokaro, or her successor, in connection with Harla P.S. Case No. 02 of 2025.
