At this stage, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that matter is remitted back to concerned respondent to revisit the impugned order, though learned Standing Counsel submits that impugned order is passed in terms of Government Order dated 26.12.2022, however, no such reason has been assigned in impugned and concerned respondents will also take note of inclusion of laboratories already exist and considered while giving recognition of Science subject for college concerned within a short period, as prayer is in regard to recognition of additional subject.
