Sri Pramod Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the accused- applicant appears and submits that the interest of the accused- applicant may be protected against whom NBW has been issued for the non appearance of the accused-applicant on single date i.e. 28.07.2025. Hence, seeks intervention of this Court to quash the order of NBW dated 28.07.2025. 2. Learned AGA is present for the State-opposite party no.1. 3. There is no point of issuance of notice to opposite party no.2 as the matter pertains to issuance of NBW against the accused- applicant. 4. The applicant may not be arrested for 30 days from today during which period the applicant may move appropriate application before the trial court. 5. Request is made to the trial court to consider that the applicant was continuously appearing in the trial except on a single date, but being represented by a counsel. Further to consider the reason for his non appearance on the date fixed during his release on bail and pass an order sympathetically, but successive jumping of bail is not to be ignored.
