Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "a). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 3 to remove the encroachment on chak road No. 1446 and 1447 situated at Hathigaha, Tehsil Soroan, Allahabad from illegal encroachers anti social elements and respondent no. 4." 3. Learned standing counsel opposed the prayer and submitted that petitioner is having remedy to file application under Section 26/67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid fact and submitted that he may be given liberty to file application under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed. 5. Liberty is given to the petitioner to seek proper remedy available under the law, if so advised.
