Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is a complainant in Case No.517 of 2016 (Old Complaint Case No. 318 of 2014), "Shakti Singh Vs. Abhishek Saini", u/s 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, Police Station Nanauta, District Saharanpur. No substantial progress has been made till date in the said complaint case. Learned counsel, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the learned trial court to decide the said case as expeditiously as possible. 3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the concerned trial court is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment. 4.
