Present petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS seeking fair investigation in the FIR No. 242/2024 dated 30.03.2024 registered at Police Station Harmada Jaipur West for the offences under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 384, 506, 509, 120B IPC. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the impugned FIR is lodged on basis of a false and fabricated story. 3. Additionally, it is submitted that petitioner has filed a representations (Annexure-3 & 4) with a plea for fair investigation. However, same are not considered till date. 4. Considering the foregoing facts and circumstance of the case, this Court, in light of the directions encapsulated in Sakiri [2025:RJ-JP:24428] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-3183/2025] Vasu Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh [(2008) 2 SCC 409], directs that on 10.07.2025 at 11.00 AM, the petitioner shall mark his presence before Commissioner of Police, Jaipur who shall give audience to the petitioner and take appropriate decision, strictly in accordance with law. 5.
