Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ranka P.S. Case No. 38 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. No. 715 of 2014, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Smt. Anulica Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Garhwa. 3. It was submitted that this is a case of misuse of privilege of bail for a period of two years and two months. It was further submitted that the petitioner has remained in custody for two and half years. 4. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt.
