“Looking to the grievance of the petitioner, which has been noticed in the orders dated 2nd & 10th September, 2024, let learned Deputy Advocate General to have instructions from the respondents for assigning Panchayat wise circle to the petitioner with some permanency attached to them. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to work in Panchayat wise circle, however, she expects some permanency in the duty assigned to her and not frequent change of circle. Instructions be placed on record before the next date. List on 16.07.2025.” 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order?

2. Pursuant thereto, learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 26.07.2025 from the Block Development Officer, Development Block Balh at Ner Chowk, Distt. Mandi, H.P. In terms of the office instructions, no further shuffling/reshuffling orders have been made for the petitioner.
3. Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that petitioner is continuing to work pursuant to the interim order dated 02.09.2024 and 10.09.2024 passed in this writ petition. The office instructions are also accompanied by a letter written by the petitioner on 26.07.2025, stating that she is serving at Sakroha, Rigar, Khandla, Kehed with additional charge of Kasarla. Copy of the office order (Corrigendum) dated 26.07.2024, issued by Block Development Officer assigning aforesaid circles to the petitioner, has also been appended.
4. Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that petitioner shall be permitted to discharge her duties in the aforesaid circles in accordance with law, with due regard to some permanence for the circles assigned to her.
5. Taking note of the documents placed on record and the submissions made by learned Deputy Advocate General, the present petition stands disposed of. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of. Jyotsna Rewal Dua July 28, 2025 Judge Ankit
