Gogoi, learned Standing Counsel, Health Department for the respondent Nos. 1, 2 & 3 and Mr. M. Biswas, learned counsel for the respondent No. 4. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the Debarment Notice dated 24.07.2018, debarring the petitioner from participating in any tender of Government of Assam and National Health Mission (NHM) for a period of 5 (five) years. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents jointly submits as more than 5 (five) years has elapsed the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
