Sri Manoj Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks to withdraw the present application, which was moved under Section 528 BNSS by the applicant for challenging order dated 25-07-2025, whereby his application for recalling prosecution witness no.1, who, after her deposition before the Court, filed an application along with an affidavit stating that her earlier statement before the Court was not correct. 2. Learned counsel further submits that the applicant–accused is a police personnel and that the victim has entered into a compromise. He seeks to withdraw the present application in order to move an appropriate application for termination of the trial. 3.
