At the very outset, Sri Shailesh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel appearing on behalf of applicant submitted that through the instant application, an inter-se order was assailed passed in Criminal Revision No.69 of 2025 but during pendency of the instant application, the said revision has been finally decided and as such, no cause of survives in favour of applicant to pursue the instant application, therefore, the same may be dismissed as having become infructuous. 2.
