This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 whereby the Page No.# 2/2 petitioner, namely- Mozahidul Islam has prayed for releasing him on bail after he was arrested in connection with Garchuk P.S. Case No.240/2025, under Sections 20(b) (ii) B/29 of NDPS Act. 3. Mr. Parasar, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam on instructions submits that in this case, charge sheet being C.S. No.210/2025 dated 25.09.2025 has been laid against the present petitioner. 4. Since the charge sheet has been laid, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned trial for seeking regular bail. Also, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach this Court again with appropriate circumstances. With the aforesaid direction, the bail application stands closed and disposed of.
