Heard the learned counsel on either side. 3. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners/respondents submits that this Court had granted time to file counter affidavit on 13.10.2025, but he could not file counter affidavit as instructions have been provided by the respondents 1/3 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WMP No. 50704 of 2025 only recently and thus, he filed counter affidavit into the Registry on 18.11.2025. 4.Having regard to the aforesaid submission and taking note of the fact that this Court had directed the petitioners/ respondents to file counter on 13.10.2025, the petitioners/respondents seeking indulgence for accepting the counter affidavit filed by them, the aforesaid request can be acceded to by this Court, only subject to condition that the petitioners/respondents pays sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) as costs to the High Court Legal Services Committee, Madras. 5.
