Ayub Ansari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Shailendra Kr. Tiwari, learned Spl.P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber P.S. Case No. 39 of 2025. The petitioner and other accused persons were apprehended by the Police and from their possession mobile and SIM cards were recovered. They were suspected to be involved in cyber crime. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. It has also been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2025. Learned Spl.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Cyber Crime, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara Cyber P.S. Case No. 39 of 2025 subject to the condition that one of the bailers should be the close relative of the petitioner. This application stands allowed. (Rongon Mukhopadhyay, J.) Shamim/-
