This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a order or direction to the Learned Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division ) Tehsil Bansi District Siddharth Nagar to decide the stay application (paper no. 7c-2) in Suit No. 355 of 2025 Shiv Kumar Versus Hakikullah and others, pending before the Court of Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division ) Bansi District Siddharth Nagar, within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court. Issue a order or direction to the Learned Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) Tehsil Bansi District Siddharth Nagar to direct the respondents to maintain the status quo on spot and remove the illegal construction done by the respondents over the land in dispute." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above- mentioned application is pending consideration since 2022 and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned application is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Tehsil Bansi District Siddharth Nagar to decide the above-mentioned application, in Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ghan Shyam Yadav, Rahul Singh Yadav Counsel for Respondent(s) : Shiv Kumar .....Petitioner(s) Hakikullah And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
