Pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 09.06.2025, the Police have produced the alleged detenue before this Court. We have separately examined the alleged detenue, parents of the detenue and the 4*'^ respondent. 2 The alleged detenue has stated that, on the subject date, on his own volition, he went to Hyderabad, stayed with his friend and he has voluntarily returned home at Vijayawada from Hyderabad on 11.06.2025 at 6.00 PM. ■pi^0[-©after, the detenue along with his father went to police station. Today, the police have produced the alleged detenue before this Court. He further stated that there has been no illegal confinement/ detention by the police. 4. In view of the above, since no illegal detention by the police is made out and the alleged detenue is staying with his parents, who is stated to be under illegal confinement by anyone and is at liberty, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition as no further orders are required. 5.
