After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file civil suit. 4. Accordingly, present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4. So far as liberty is concerned, it is always open for the petitioner to file civil suit or seek appropriate remedy available under law and for that liberty from Court is not required.
