The present third-party application has been filed by the applicants seeking condonation for delay of 269 days in filing review petition. Mr. K. Roshan, learned counsel, appears for respondent No. 1; Mr. M. Devananda, learned Additional Advocate General, Manipur, appears for the State respondents; Ms. Momota Devi, learned senior counsel, appears for the MPSC; Mr. I. Denning, learned counsel, appears for respondent No. 5; Mr. A. Mohendro, learned counsel, appears for respondent No. 6; and submit that they have no serious objection in allowing the present application on payment of cost. Considering the reasons for the delay explained in the affidavit and since the respondents do not have any serious objection, the delay of 269 days in filing the accompanying review petition is condoned, subject to payment of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the High Court Bar Association, Manipur, for the purpose of the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) within a period of 10 (ten) days. The present miscellaneous application is accordingly disposed of and list it for reporting compliance on 07.02.2025 along with MC (Review. Pet.) No. 25 of 2023.
