Notice on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 3 has been accepted by the office of Chief Standing Counsel. Shri Shailesh Ch. Tiwari, learned counsel has accepted notice for the respondent No.4 and also filed his Vakalatnama, which is taken on record. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing at some length, submits that he has not brought on record an application for recall of the mutation order which has been passed in the Court of Tehsildar. He has also not filed a copy of the sale-deed upon which the petitioner is claiming his rights. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh with complete facts and the necessary documents including the application for restoration and the sale-deed. 3. In view of the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 4. In case, if the petitioner moves an application for return of certified copies, the office shall do the needful within three days. 5. Whenever, the petitioner files a fresh petition, he shall serve a copy of the petition to Shri Shailesh Ch. Tiwary, learned counsel, who appears for the respondent No.4.
