Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 4 and 5, is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 4 and 5, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 3. The minor corpus has been interacted, she refused to go along with her mother/petitioner no.1, but agreed to live with her mother on quarterly or weekly basis only. 4. Based on the interaction with mother and father of the corpus and the corpus herself, this Court is of the view that the custody of the minor corpus-petitioner no.2/Km. Rahmat Jahan shall remain with the father-respondent no.4/Faryad Ali and the mother has the visitation rights. Respondent no.4/Faryad Ali, father of the corpus shall make the arrangement and facilitate the meeting as and when desired by mother. In case of any obstruction caused by father of the corpus, mother shall at liberty to move to the Court for seeking appropriate relief. 5.
