It is submitted that there is an inadvertent error wherein in the order dated 19.09.2025 in connection with FAO No. 60/2025, the Court has been Page No.# 2/2 erroneously referred to as the Court of Sessions Judge, Dibrugarh instead of Additional District Judge, Dibrugarh. 3. This error is allowed to be rectified and typed as the Court of Additional District Judge, Dibrugarh in place of Sessions Judge, Dibrugarh at paragraph No. 1 of the order dated 19.09.2025 in FAO No. 60/2025. 4.
