Notice. Mr. Deepak Sharma, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record internal office communication dated 19.08.2025 and on that basis submitted that due and admissible retiral benefits in the form of Death-cum-Retirement Gratuity and Leave Encashment have been paid to petitioner No.1. Learned counsel further submitted that liability towards interest component will be cleared in favour of petitioner No.1 within four weeks. Learned counsel also submitted that retiral benefits including interest on account of delayed

payment on retiral benefits shall be released in favour of petitioners No.2 & 3 within the aforesaid period.

In view of above submissions made by learned counsel for the respondents, the present execution petition is disposed of with directions to the respondents to clear the pending liabilities towards all the petitioners within four weeks from today i.e. by
19.09.2025. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, for their surviving grievance(s), if any. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
