Mr. Deepak Sharma, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record internal office communication dated Nil and, on that basis, submitted that due and admissible retiral benefits in the form of Death-cum-Retirement Gratuity and General Provident Fund have been paid to the petitioner. Learned counsel further submitted that the remaining liabilities of the respondents-Corporation towards petitioner in the form of leave encashment and interest on delayed 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? payment of retiral benefits shall be cleared within four weeks. His statement is taken note of. 3. In view of above submissions made by learned counsel for the respondents, the present execution petition is disposed of with directions to the respondents to clear the pending liabilities towards the petitioner within four weeks from today i.e. by 19.09.2025. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, for his surviving grievance, if any.
