The petitioner has filed I.A No.1/2025 i.e. application for grant of Ad-Interim relief with following prayer:- “It is therefore, most humbly prayed that the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant application and direct the respondent should be stopped for further action, till final disposal of instant case, in the interest of justice.” 3. From perusal of the relief prayed for in I.A No.1/2025 i.e. application for grant of Ad-Interim relief, it transpires that the same is a defective one and the same has been drafted in a vague and sketchy manner. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the petition with the liberty to file a duly constituted petition with an appropriate prayer. 5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file petition afresh with appropriate prayer and pleadings, subject to depositing a sum of Rs.2,000/- as cost by the petitioner for wasting the precious time of this Court, in the Registry of this Court within a period of one week from today, and the same shall be transmitted to the Special School for Intellectually Handicapped Girls, District – Narayanpur (C.G.). 6.
