Recording the above said submissions, this Court passes the following order:- (a) The petitioner should be ready in the Anjeneyar Temple which is situated at Nanganallur on 29.12.2025 at 9.30 a.m and the respondent/wife is directed to produce the minor child/R.S.Shreelaya on 29.12.2025 at 10.00 a.m (b) After producing the child, the petitioner/husband is permitted to spend time with his minor child/ R.S.Shreelaya between 10.00a.m to 12.a.m. (c) After his visit, the petitioner/ husband shall handover the custody of the minor child to the care and custody of the respondent/wife at 12.a.m. 3.
