1. Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 3. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.340 of 2025, under Section 105 of BNS, Police Station Tambaur, District Sitapur. 3. It is argued by the Counsel for the applicant that the daughter of the informant aged about 14 years was going to the agricultural field to attend nature's call, which was enclosed by wires and the same was connected with electric poll, which resulted into the death of the deceased. 4. The Counsel for the applicant further argues that no specific allegation has been levelled against the applicant except the electricity are being done with the fence which shows that there is no mala fide intention. 4. Learned A.G.A. vehemently opposed the bail prayer. 5. Considering the said arguments and the fact that the allegations levlled in the FIR coupled with the fact that the applicant has no criminal antecedents and is languishing in jail since 23.07.2025, I am of the view that the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
