A supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. stating therein that a three member committee was constituted by the authority concerned to examine the grievance of the petitioner and after examining the matter, the committee calculated and recommended a Rent of Rs. 99,825/- (Ninty nine thousand eight hundred and twenty five only) for 11 month for payment to the petitioner and the same has been credited in the account of the petitioner on 29.03.2025. 3.
