Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 29.04.2025 and the allegations are made of not marrying after having relationship. He submits that the petitioner and informant, both are major and relationship was continued since last four years. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 29.04.2025 and both are major and relationship was said to be of four years prior to lodging of the FIR. 5. Regard being had to the above facts, I am inclined to enlarge the above-named petitioner, on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ramgarh in connection with Patratu (Bhadaninagar) P.S.
