This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 4.11.2024 registered as Case Crime No. 566 of 2024, under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, Police Station Shalimar Garden, District Trans Hindon (Commissionerate Ghaziabad). 3. Sri Jai Narain, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 101 of 2025 has been forwarded on 18.1.2025 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives. 4.
